-Offering a 10 Year warranty on all Bed Mattresses/Adjustable Bed Fames
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product. Powers Bedding will replace or resolve sheet or pillow issues up to one year from the time of purchase. Powers Bedding determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
Important notes and warranty information: Powers Bedding provide the buyers of our product (“you the original purchaser”) with a 10 year warranty against defects for both the mattress and adjustable base. The 10 year period begins on the date of your purchase. Proof of original purchase is required in order to be eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace with a current or comparable model and size of bed. Note that all shipping costs on warranties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty includes the below criteria:
Visible indention or sag of the mattress greater than 1 inch. The sag cannot be a result of improper use or use of an improper bed base.
A manufacturing flaw in the bamboo mattress cover (mattress cover warrantied for 1 year).
Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
Normal wear and tear of adjustable base.
Exclusions from the 10 year Warranty include but are not limited to:
Bed Frames that have been altered with replacement parts not provided by Powers Bedding.
Damage caused by flood, fire or any other natural events.
Damage caused by abuse to the Adjustable base or mattress.
To submit a claim, please be prepared with the following items:
A brief description of the Defect.
Proof of purchase (original invoice/ receipt)
A photo documenting the alleged Defect.
Upon receipt of a claim, you will receive a response and plan of action from us within 10 business days.
